Summer Term 2026

We are very excited to welcome you back this Summer term and look forward to welcoming new friends as they embark on their exciting adventure of starting Pre school. We have lots of adventures planned for this term with lots of fun to be had. If you have any questions regarding your child or curriculum then please come and see us.

We are looking forward to working with you and your children over the forthcoming year. The below topic web provides a brief curriculum overview of what your child will be covering this term. 

This term can get warm so please remember named watr bottles, named sunhats and apply suncream in the morning before your child's session.

Key days and dates

Forest school is on a Tuesday Afternoon.

May 22nd - June 2nd - half term break

June 1st - Inset Day (Pre school and main school closed to children)

June 10th - 4.30pm New Reception Induction Meeting for Parents

June 16th - Festival of Sports  pm (children will take part in a running race if they wish)

July 4th Upper Rissington Village Fete

July 14th Pre school Graduation - 2.30pm 

July 15th Pre school closes at 3pm for Summer holidays
